What does CACI mean? +
CACI stands for Computer Aided Cosmetology Instrument. It’s a microcurrent machine that transmits tiny electrical signals through the skin—it works to boost skin texture, tone and shape.

My eyebrows are so over-plucked and sparse—can I still get HD Brows? +
Even if you have sparse brow areas, hope is not lost! Our expert therapists will work with you on a re-growth programme to achieve the perfect brow shape for you. It might look as though you have nothing to work with, but the tint picks up any downy hairs and helps us create the desired shape.
Will the LVL Lash Lift damage my natural eyelashes? +
All of our therapists are trained to the highest technical standard and the product itself is subject to rigorous testing to ensure it is gentle to your natural eyelashes. Providing you follow the aftercare instructions, you will not damage your natural eyelashes. We recommend a lash tint after 3 weeks to enhance the curl and prolong the effect of the LVL Lash Lift.

We use wax to shape our clients' eyebrows. Waxing makes the hairs grow back softer and finer with regular usage.

How long does a facial wax last? +
Depending on how fast your hair grows, a wax can last you a couple weeks or a couple months.
Is there anything I need to do prior to my appointment? +
The softer the skin, the better the result. We recommend our clients moisturise well the night before their appointment.
How can I care for my skin, post-wax? +
Some slight soreness, small bumps and redness are common and perfectly normal temporary reactions, particularly if it is your first wax. These symptoms should subside over the next 48 hours. Within this period, please avoid hot showers, baths, hot tubs, massages and steam treatments.
