Arrival

We adhere to strict timescales so we ask that clients arrive 10 minutes before their treatment.

The extra time will enable us to check your details are correct and up-to-date, and we’ll get you a refreshment prior to settling into your treatment.

Patch Tests

Kindly note that a patch test is required for various treatments including HD Brows, LVL Lash Lifts, brow tints, lash tints and Ellipse IPL.

Pop into the salon 48 hours in advance for a patch test so we can check that you're not allergic to any formulas or treatments.

Deposits

We may, on occasion, ask for a 50% deposit for every treatment booked with us. This deposit will be used as part-payment towards your chosen treatment and is fully refundable, should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellations

Your chosen time has been reserved especially for you so we request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

When you forget or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • No shows will be charged 100% of total services fee.

  • Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the total services fee being charged .

  • For appointments made within the 24-hour period, please cancel within 6 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the total services fee being charged.

Our cancellation policy gives us time to inform our standby clients of last-minute availability and keeps our therapists’ schedules filled.
